Where the Sun Don't Shine: Garlic Enema

ahhahahah I am LAUGHING because I obviously have NO shame on my Facebook page,  because I very openly talk about enemas.  DUDE, I forget they aren't everyone's normal.

BUT, if you have been parasite cleansing or thinking about it... you have most likely ran into some enema talk or maybe have even entertained the idea.

Here is a little about my experience....

I am starting the last 2 weeks (of 3-2 week series) of my parasite cleanse.  And a major pain in my upper left intestines had me DOWN an OUT all last week (on my off week).  I was super bloated and every step on my left foot felt like it would burst my intestines.

That is when I said I HAVE TO STOP and take the time for this enema. Truth is, it's not a WHOLE lot of time, but it IS prep and somewhat inconvenient... I mean... THINK about it.  hahahaha

But I do feel they are necessary in removing built up debris and parasites from the colon.  Fiber and clay are good, but sometimes, you need a little extra.

How I prepare my garlic enema.
***Garlic is anti-bacterial amongst many of it's health benefits and is known in the parasite world to effectively weaken the parasites so they lose their grip on your intestinal wall and thereby are flushed from the intestines.

What you will need:

- an enema bag
- distilled water
- a natural disinfectant (like lemon essential oil perhaps)
- 3-6 garlic fresh cloves
- stainless steel pot
- lubricant (EVCO)

First I ordered a 2 quart enema bag from Amazon.  I read in forums you could get them from CVS and/or Walmart, but I had no luck in retail stores.

I'm not sure I LOVE this one. It's pink and rubber and it SMELLS weird.  Because I know the water running through it, will be entering my body, I wanted to clean the enema bag thoroughly. And I did something I normally wouldn't do (but read in a parasite book to do) and I used a tsp of BLEACH in a gallon of water and soaked the enema bag and all its pieces for like an hour.  Moving forward, I will most likely use lemon essential oil and would recommend you do the same.  Rinse with distilled water.

enema bag
Meanwhile, I poured 1 quart (4 cups) distilled water in a stainless pot and brought to a boil. Once the water reached boiling, I removed it from the heat and added my CHOPPED fresh garlic cloves. I covered the pot and let the garlic steep in the hot water for an hour OR until warm. Like, warm enough to be administered.

The garlic needs to be crushed or sliced.

I used a hand held mesh strainer to catch the garlic pieces and poured the garlic water into the enema bag.  Make sure the clamp on the hose is clamped. Otherwise you'll lose your liquid.

When inserting the enema tip, you can use a lubricant like Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Just rub a little bit on the tip. Also before inserting, release the clamp that is on the hose of your enema, just til a bit of liquid comes out. This removes all air bubbles.

You can lay on your left side or get on your hands and knees to receive the enema. I usually lay on my side in the bathtub and go to my happy place! :)  Which iiiiiiiissssss... reading about enemas and parasites!!!!!!

I set the countdown on my phone for 30 minutes. I try to hold the enema that long, but in my experience... one wrong move and holding is no longer an option.

I will follow this up tomorrow with a probiotic enema in which I will empty 2-3 probiotic capsules into 12 oz distilled water tonight and let it sit at room temperature. This will be my first probiotic enema. I hear you have to work to get it mixed. Will keep you posted!!!   But this will replenish the good bacteria that the garlic and enema wash away.

I followed this enema with an ANTI PARASITIC SMOOTHIE.

PARASITE CLEANSE UPDATE!!!!

So, the past four cleansing weeks I expelled eggs, liver flukes and what seemed to be worm casings.  But I wasn't going to be satisfied until I saw ADULT worms.  It's part of this process, you want to SEE the things coming out to feel like it's all working.

GRANTED, you will need to actually LOOK.  And not just look in the toilet, but actually go through the stool.  Not always fun and def not always convenient, but after an enema... you DEF want to look.

I was pleased to find 2 large adult worms, and numerous little alien-looking things (that I saw before with my coffee enema) and an 8-9 inch mass of what looked to be either intestinal mucus or clumps of worms covered in mucus.  It was disturbing and I didn't take a picture of THAT.  I did show my Mom though... hahaha.

Ok, so... moral of the story.  Parasite cleansing is a PROCESS.  You will want to take the herbs, you will want to eat anti-parastic foods, and you will want to use enemas.  And I have even veered to a vegan diet with no grains or sugars.  Parasites love things that break down into sugar and they love animal products and processed foods.  I am determined and EXCITED about this journey. And I know it is seriously JUST the beginning!

I will keep posting about the additional cleanses I do, when I do them!  I have 2 weeks left on this particular cleanse.

Stay Well Sunshine!

This is a blog on my personal experiences. I am sharing my journey and what is working for me. I am not here to diagnose or treat you. And what I do is not FDA approved. Thank God.

  4. Soooo…are you able to make it to the bathroom? Because, like you said, "One wrong move and holding is no longer an option." I'm ordering all my supplies today, so I'm just wondering what to expect? And at what point during the cleanse should I start with the enemas? The first day? The first week? The second round of the cleanse?

    1. Cjb, it doesn’t hurt getting an enema. Take your time and relax.
I never had a problem making it to the bathroom.
When I first started getting and giving enemas I did them on the bathroom floor. Put towels on the floor. Then I gave and got them in the tub.
The started giving and getting the enema on the bed. I prefer getting enemas in the “knee-to-chest” position. On knees. Head on the bed. Butt up in the air.
I have given enemas with the bulb, bag and bucket with the person laying on side, on back, on knees with head on bed..all work.
Best to talk with your doctor before giving or getting enemas.

  5. Please consider using a bucket, found mine on Amazon.
The bag style is very hard to clean properly...

    1. Yes! But, the good quality stainless buckets can be expensive.
I have used the 2 quart red rubber enema bag in my home for years.
With proper cleaning and care the rubber enema bags lasts a long time.

Also, can use a bulb syringe for enemas. Easy to use and clean.

  6. I do the same thing and read about enemas and parasites and all the benefits I'm receiving WHILE I'm doing an enema. Haha so funny. I also grow my own wheatgrass and do enemas with that. I'm on a parasite cleanse at the moment but I haven't found any worms, just a lot of mucus that I think is from Candida. I'm a vegan and just recently went Raw Vegan...I've never felt better in my life. I also use an enema bucket, I think they're just easier to clean. Thanks for this post! It's awesome

For now I use the 2 quart red rubber enema bag. I brought a better nozzle for it from optimalhealthnetwork.com
      Kristina there is wonderful!
I want to get a wheat grass series of enemas. Glad you are growing your own.
My aunt had a few old home nursing books from the 40 and 50s. I love reading them when getting an enema. They all tell of the benefits of giving the enema in the home.

Great you grow your own wheatgrass and do enemas with it.

      Will look into that.

For now I use the red rubber enema bag for my enemas. Yes, I am aware the bucket is easier to clean. But can’t afford bucket now.

Until I read the comments on here, for years I thought I was the only one who read when getting an enema. I also read about parasites and enemas when getting an enema.

Also never felt better. Since detoxing, diet, no junk foods or sodas, and enemas!

I administered enemas to my three when needed. Now when asked ( as former nurse) I give one to my grandson or neighbors boy.

For them I use the rubber reusable enema bulb syringe. Put towel on table and give the enema on table.

Learned years ago having the patient relax, and taking deep breaths in and out of open mouth, when getting the enema makes the enema session more comfortable for them.

Years ago I remember seeing the enema bag or bulb airing out in the apartment I babysat. She had two kids.

      Blessings

  7. Hi there! Happy to see that you are checking out Your blog!

I highly suggest doing enemas while you are fasting - they are amazing. It really helps to eliminate a lot of waste and will give you so much energy. I also suggest finishing the enema with a probiotic implant. That is where you'll take a much smaller amount of water, break a couple probiotic capsules in and "implant" with the enema bag - leaving it in as long as possible without releasing it.Enema Bag Kits Supplies

  8. GIRL I am SO excited you wrote about this!! I have been doing coffee/garlic enemas for the past 4 months and wow!! It’s amazing to see what all comes out! I am just finished up my 2nd round of SCRAM but I got Mimosa Pudica, Formula 1 to do another parasite cleanse after I take a 4 day break from taking SCRAM. I did blessed herbs full body cleanse in January and had some herxing but would do 2 enemas a day when I felt really bad and noticed that helped!! It’s amazing the difference you feel!! I’m about to look you up on FB :)

  9. I am/was infested, feeling better, but have been passing giants worms and caughing up some type of lung fluke egg, looked like mucus tapioca with black specks, like frog eggs. ivermectin 1.87, multiple parasitic including albendazole. Changed my diet, worm wood, black walnut, diatomaceous, coffee enemas, straight lemon juice to cut through mucus, herbs, fasting......... then I did a garlic enema... sounds crazy. Kyolic. Havent breathed out of my right nostril in years, and it cleared up the eggs within 3-5 day, I took the most hardcore antiparasitic and it didnt touch the lung crap. I also have had night sweats for years, I mean like 3 to 4 shirts a night, drenched. Gone. The garlic. ♡ hope this helps.

  12. Glad, very glad, you have this blog.
I also openly talk about enemas.
For years I didn’t. Knowing the health benefits of the enema now, I tell and talk to anyone about enemas.

Many moms learned the benefits of enemas from me.
Cleansing enemas, garlic enemas, and more.

Grew up with my nurse aunt. She gave enemas in the home when needed. I remember my cousin getting the olde fashioned mild warm soapy enema from her. This was in the early 60s. She gave enemas for parasites! Being 6 years older than my cousin I know he got enemas because he had worms.

I have purchased a few enema bags over the years and bulb syringes.

The bags all had that smell you told of.

I don’t think it is harmful. Goes away after a few enemas, cleaning with warm soapy water, rinse well and airing the bag out after enemas given.

When at my aunt’s house, I used to read about parasites (can’t believe telling I did), enemas and more. She had some great old nursing books for the home.

Now I am like you…I like reading about enemas when getting an enema!

Getting the enema on all fours with head down can be awkward sometimes. I prefer this position when some is giving me the enema. When I get an enema solo I prefer laying on side or back.

Informational only. Do not take as medical advice. What to do or not do. Talk with your doctor.

I have used the 2quart and 4 quart red rubber enema bag for years. Now in my late 59s. Also used the red rubber enema bulb syringe. Never had a problem.
Most of the time the enema was given on a towel on the bed. Never a mess.

I had the same pink enema bag. Yes, it had an odor to it. After checking I found out the order will go away. And is not toxic.

I used it for years. Giving and getting enemas with it.

When filled full with warm water, garlic solution, mild warm soapy water, or other solutions I have gotten and given with it I did like seeing it full hanging there.
Slap me but I used to watch it go flat.

  13. In my late 60s now. Got me where “59s” came from. Sorry.
Always been curious about enemas and parasites.
Growing up seemed the remedy was give doses of castor oil. Ughh hated that stuff. But it did clean you out later. And enemas !

Never remember garlic enemas given. If one was given I am sure would have remembered the preparation for it.
The most common enema given was the warm mild soapy water enema. Then a second enema of plain warm water was given.

My aunt also gave a purple colored medicine. Had to take a couple spoon full of it when got treated for parasites. Don’t know what it was.

I recently started doing coffee enemas. Detoxes the liver.

Garlic enemas are a good fever reducer for the child.

In college a woman I sat for gave garlic enemas to bring fever down.
She also had home nursing books I would read. Read about enemas in her books too.
Was curious and still am about the enema.
Made interesting reading since sometimes the red enema bag or red bulb was airing out in her bathroom!

    1. Omg! For years and years I thought I was the only one who got enemas growing up and thought I was only one who likes to read and talk about them.
When older I would see the enema sitting out at a mom’s house when I went over to sit.
I was curious who got an enema before I arrived. But of course never asked about it.
I remember one mom who would tell other moms she had given an enema. She would tell me when I came over to sit her two boys, that one of them was given an enema earlier that day. I think they were about 5 and 6 then. I was curious seeing the rubber enema bulb syringe airing out. She worked nights and was divorced. She also had a few home health books. I remember one of them had the page marked. Where it told about how to give an enema.
      It was no big deal.

  16. Love your blog❤️❤️
Good you told of your experience.
I thought I was the only one who read all I can find about enemas. And love even reading about the enema in old home nursing books when getting an enema. Until I read your blog I thought I was the only one who loved talking and reading about enemas! Especially reading about the enema when getting an enema!
The enema bag smell you told of is typical for some enema bags. Over time with use it goes away. Not toxic.
The enema was given in our home for fever reduction, constipated child, help with recovery from colds and flu. Or if she felt an enema was needed for the child.

My aunt also had old home nursing books. I loved reading them. The old nursing books told why the patient needed to be given an enema. How to prepare the room and patient for the enema. The old books told how to prepare the room and patient for enemas.
Instructions that aren’t told today. Putting rubber sheet on the bed. How to tell the patient he is going to be given an enema. How to prepare a large bowl or pan of mild warm soapy water to give a cleansing enema to the patient.
And very good instructions for administering the enema.
Those books were how I learned to give my three enemas! I learned from them to use the bulb syringe for the child. And bag for the older one.
I love getting a two quart enema. On the bed.
The bathroom floor is too cold and hard. Never had a mess.
Enemas were given in our home and other homes by moms when I grew up in the 50s.
When coming home from school or outside playing I remember seeing the enema bulb or bag airing out. I knew an enema was given.
Ever since those days of knowing an enema was given I have been curious about the enema. Especially learning of the benefits of the enema.
It may sound odd today, but the enema was given most of the time by mom or my aunt…given on the kitchen table. Towel , Vaseline, enema bulb syringe and pan of solution to be administered was sitting on the table. The shades were closed. Others in the house were told to play nice and behave while the enema was given. My aunt was a nurse. She would take the one getting it to the table. Seemed she knew the best time to give an enema. When others were napping or gone to school. Sometimes she gave the enema on the bed late at night when she had the others in bed for the night.
Hope not talking too much. Sorry.
She administered the bulb syringe enema on the table. Laying on back on a towel. Filling the syringe a few times from the pan of solution sitting on the table. The bag enema was always given on the bed. Few times remember getting an enema across the lap way.
Rubber sheet on the bed. Towel on the rubber sheet. Given when laying on side.
I learned from her how to relax the patient when the enema was given. To take deep breaths in and out of open mouth.
If the child stayed home from school he was always given an enema as soon as the others were off to school!
I remember getting a morning enema as soon as the others left the house. Then remember getting another enema later in the day before the others came home! Ughh!

  19. Saw the red enema bag hanging up and omg! Had to read and leave a comment.

How is the cleansing going (or went)?

How long did you do it for? Got good results?

Being raised by my nurse aunt, I remember the exact same enema bag as you have pictured on here!

And, yes, remember it also had a “smell” to it. Even after being used for many enemas given by her. The smell does go away — or lessens some over time.

My cousin got his share of that same bag from her!

Omg I also read, and still do, about enemas and parasites!

She had some very old home nursing books. I read them in the mid 60s. Her books were from the early 50s.

Everyone of them told of the enema! One book she had was for home nursing by the mom. It told to give the enema often! It showed the bulb and bag enema!

    Sorry to talk so much.

    Blessings for all

Same here! Love reading about enemas. Even when getting, as you told, an enema…reading about them.

    How did the detox go?
    Get rid of them?

Growing up in the 50s the enema was very very common home health tool. Given by most moms in the home.
I remember when was about 10 or was common to over hear a mom telling another mom she either gave or got an enema.

    Blessings and hugs

  21. Blessings. Wondering how the cleanse went for Lindsay. Been a long time since she left a comment.
She told on her other page she was going to give detox the her boy. Wondering how that when for him.

Omg I thought for years I was the only one who read about parasites and the enema. Then later also read about parasites and enemas when I was taking an enema.
Unless I hadn’t read that Lindsay and others told of the same thing, I never would have told I read while getting an enema.

For years I thought I was the only one in the world who got enemas at home.

One day when spending a few days at my friend’s house during the summer, her mom told us we had to either go outside or stay in the bedroom. Because she didn’t want any interruptions when she was giving her younger brother an enema.

    Good blog here.

  22. I've found it very interesting and informative as I read about other's experiences with enemas. I grew up in a household where an enema was the most common treatment for about any malady. Mom and grandma, with the blessings of our pediatrician and adult's family doctor, resorted to the enema bag whenever we kids complained of not feeling well. Additionally, if we did not go to school or church, we could count on an enema to address whatever health complaints or excuses we came up with.

Mom often told others that she wasn't about to spend money on other alternatives when a few pints of water were adequate to solve many issues. Some soap or salt and soda were often additives depending on needs.

We kids knew that the adults used enemas as well. Dad got them when he was in town. Grandma gave mom enemas and vise versa. The bag hanging in the shower to dry was a common sight. This was a bit embarrassing at times because we only had a single bathroom in the small apartment. Privacy was at a premium. Even visitors could see the enema bag or bulb in the bathroom.

As others indicate, reading about various maladies and remedies in the home health and nursing books, was always very enlightening. We kids shared our experiences with each other, and overheard those adult conversations.

It wasn't until much later in life, that I became more aware and pleased that others believed in the efficacy of an enema. I thought I was weird in my attitude and usage of enemas. Because of various health issues, I believe that an enema is a valid adjunct to improvement. Coffee enemas are an enjoyable respite at times.

Best wishes to all of you and thanks for sharing your thoughts!

  24. I am a molecular and microbiologist working in a lab that specializes in microbiome studies. I have to say it: your advice is outright dangerous. If you are actually serious about seeing parasites in your stool, then you should immediately collect them and book an appointment with your physician so you can identify and actually kill them . . . because garlic is not going to do it. If anything, putting irritants like garlic, lemon oil, and bleach into your colon may well cause serious damage to your intestinal lumina, and/or increase your risk of colorectal cancer. I do understand that you are advocating rinsing out the latter two ingredients and didn't expose yourself to large quantities of bleach or lemon oil, but the residue of the lemon oil especially will bind to the rubber enema bag and come out in small quantities when you use it. This is just not a good idea. At best it will do nothing and allow parasites to continuing infesting you, and at worst it could be harmful in and of itself. And just so you know, whatever blogs have to say about, it is well-known in research and medical circles that herbal enemas quite frequently cause damage and bleeding to delicate intestinal membranes, and there have been cases severe enough that people had to have colectomies. It isn't worth it.

Believe me, I am not a fan of modern pharma-management paradigm that hooks people on poisons they don't need, but anti-pathogen therapies are an exception. We NEED anti-parasitic drugs when we need them, because nothing else works. If you actually had parasites, I can guarantee that you still have them. However, I'm not entirely sure that this isn't a scam to grab followers, or perhaps a mental health issue. Go ahead and remove my comment, since it is only made to help you personally on the off chance you are legitimate. Seriously--see a doctor.
