Fabulous Raw Pumpkin Pie!!!

So I've been eating this prominently raw diet to better assist the parasite cleanse I'm on.

Well, tomorrow is Thanksgiving and uuummm... I like pie. :)  Actually, my Husband REALLY likes pie.

Since our host said to bring NOTHING.. I of course, made two desserts.  One being

THE FABULOUS RAW PUMPKIN PIE!!! 


So easy!! You just need the ingredients!!!

















For the crust:


  • 1 1/2 cups raw macadamia nuts, walnuts or pecans. ( I had them all, so I used them all)
  • 1/2 cup dates (Then seek the bag!!!) 
  • 1/4 cup coconut, unsweetened and dried. ( I use Bob's Red Mill) 
  • 1/8 tsp Himalayan salt
For the pie filling: 

  • 2 cups cashews
  • 1 cup chopped raw pumpkin* ( I used a sweet pie pumpkin) 
  • 1 cup chopped raw carrots
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup organic agave nectar ( I know, I know)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 TBS vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp H. salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp allspice
  • 1/8 tsp ground cloves
If you want to save time and are ok with an ALMOST raw pie, you can use 1 cup canned pumpkin. ;)

1. First, start the crust.  Add your nuts to the food processor and process until crumbly.  Add the dates, coconut and the salt.  Process again until sticky.  You should be able to pinch it together and it stick! 

2. Empty the crust mixture into your pie plate of choice.  (I used a square shallow glass dish the 1st time. And used a deeper glass bowl the second time)  Press the crust into the plate bringing it up around the sides. ( I used a short drinking glass to do this)

3. Next, you're making the filling.  Put all the pie filling ingredients into a high powered blender and blend until VERY smooth.  (I used a VitaMix and used the smoothie selection) If it gets stuck and nothings moving, stop the blender and shake around to get any air pockets out. 

4.  Pour pie filling into the crust. Smooth out the top.... or not. :) 

5. Place in the freezer for at least 4 hours. 

6. Keep in freezer after serving. 

It tastes GREAT.. Just like pumpkin pie!!!!

Simple 4 Ingredient Raw Pumpkin Seed Dip

I don't know about you, but I like to keep things SIMPLE.  Life, remedies, directions...food!

And you really can't get any more simple than this.

This dip consists of 4 ingredients that I urge you to keep as staples in your home.  To make this DELICIOUSNESS, grab the following items:

1 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup Apple Cider vinegar (ACV)
2 shakes turmeric
2 TBS minced garlic 

You're gonna need a high quality food processor! 

 For a smoother consistency, start by processing the seeds into a mill (about a minute).  Then, add the rest of the ingredients and blend for another minute.

*Warning, you must like vinegar!  haha  Even if you don't, LEARN TO!  So many benefits to ACV. 

P.S. Pumpkin seeds are known to paralyze intestinal worms which prevents them from holding on to the intestinal walls during a bowel movement. 


Yay for pumpkin seeds. In fact, each ingredient in this dip is anti-parasitic.   So are CARROTS, so get your dip on!! 

Oh and take a colon cleanse like psyllium husk and bentonite clay!

Brussel and Broccoli Salad- Raw for the Win

Hey!!!!  Don't snuff it until you've tried it!!!! It's surprisingly REALLY good!

We get this weekly organic produce delivery. Often times we are left with a strange variety of foods. I am blessed in the way that I like pretty much all food.  And so does my Husband... AND get this.. so does my 3 year old. (p.s. that comes from giving him what we want him to have and no other options!)  So I can literally open the refrigerator and pull out the foods that need to be eaten and come up with a  meal... or at least a side dish.

And THAT is how the Raw Broccoli and Brussel Salad was born.

I love eating at least 1-2 raw meals a day.  It's not NEW knowledge that vitamins and minerals are depleted in the cooking process.  So, to get the most out of your daily diet, eat a few raw fruit and vegetable meals.

What I used:

For the salad:


1 bunch broccoli
15 brussels sprouts
4 carrots
1 cup Sunflower sprouts (because we had em)
1/2 red onion
1/4 cup dried cranberries (sweetened with apple juice)
1/4 cup golden raisins






For the dressing:
6 TBS Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV)
6 TBS Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)
4 TBS Honey
4 tsp dijon mustard
4 tsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp Himalayan salt (or to taste)
1/2 tsp fresh graound black pepper
tumeric *optional












I trimmed the ends of all the veggies. Using a potato peeler,  I peeled the stems of the broccoli, the carrots, and took off the first few layers of the brussels. Threw it all in the food processor, using the shred blade and shredded those guys up. I chopped the red onion and tossed all ingredients in a bowl. 



Lastly, whisk the dressing ingredients and fold into the salad.

It's beautiful, smells awesome, and tastes wonderful.

My husband LOVED it!!!

Anti-Parasitic Foods Discussed

Ok, so I've become somewhat OBSESSED.  I can't help it.  I want to heal my family and the WORLD.    I am testing out everything I have read that works.

Every since I've been on this journey I've been wondering: (out side of herbs) what can I eat to keep my body free from parasites?? And I have come up with several food that lend to deworming ourselves.

And truly... if you eat clean.  You are likely to keep the bulk of these foods around.  Now the trick is, incorporating them into your daily diet.

I am currently doing the PARASITE CLEANSE but I am also adding in foods that parasites hate.  And the cool part is.. I actually like the foods.  And if you don't,  I encourage you to learn to.

The somewhat discouraging thing is not all (if any) of these foods actually KILL the parasites as much as they PARALYZE them.  This is why it is incredibly important to take a colon cleanse twice daily.


Now, you can get parasites in MANY ways:  uncooked meats and fish, dairy, fruits and vegetables, pets, and contaminated water.  In fact, you can literally inhale larvae from a flower.  They are EVERYWHERE.  But, you may have noticed, not EVERYONE gets severely infected.  If your immune system is weak or your digestion is poor, the parasites can take hold.   Our goal is to kill/paralyze/remove the parasites and keep our bodies in a strong and alkaline state in which parasites do not want to live.

In hopes of doing just that^^^^, I'm going to share some of the foods that I have decided to add into my daily or weekly diet and HOW I plan incorporate them.





















Lets start with Carrots.  There is a Morrocan carrot salad (recipe to come) from the Ultimate Reset that I LOVE.  It is simple, raw AND has garlic in it as well.  Double Stacked!!

You can also juice the carrots and drink it on an empty stomach or load up your salads with raw shredded carrots.

Papaya seeds.  This wasn't exactly convenient or super yummy, but out of all the forums and articles I've read, papaya seeds seem to be the fan favorite for expelling intestinal worms. I cut the papaya in half, scooped out the pulp AND seeds and used water and a colander to loosen the seeds which is antiseptic, antibiotic, antifungal, and antibacterial), it'a actually quite nice. You can also add the seeds to your smoothie or Shakeology or toss i to tour homemade salad dressing in place of pepper.
from the pulp. From there I put the seeds into a food processor with a  tablespoon of honey and blended on high for 30 seconds. I used a spatula to scrape the sides.  Enjoy 2-3 TBS at your leisure.  It is spicy, and course, but with the honey (

Pomegranate. Again, not the MOST convenient fruit lying around, but, if done properly you
can knock out 2 in 10 minutes.  I take the pomegranate and cut off the top where the stem is.  From there, I make shallow quarter cuts running from the top around the bottom back to the opposite side.  Rotate180 degrees and cut in from top to bottom back to top.  You will end up with quarter segments that you can break apart.  You can gently rub the arils away from the white pulp or you can do it underwater.  Either way they should pop out quickly.

 If you follow a meal plan, you most likely have a fruit and healthy fat snack. I would take 1/2 cup pomegranate arils and 2 TBP pepitas and pair as a snack.  You can also throw the arils on a salad for a spunky taste.





Tumeric. This spice has a host of medicinal properties and is also linked to warding off parasites.  You can add it to water and chug or use it on soups, salads, smoothies, eggs, aka ALL your food!  This is your new salt.

Pumpkin Seeds/Pepitas. Ok, so this is a no brainer for me. They are yummy, fairly inexpensive, and versatile. I put them on my salads, in my soups, I pair them with my pomegranate arils or figs.  I eat them alone.  I give them to my son.  They are good.  You can blend the following ingredients to make a dip for your carrots.

1 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup ACV
2 shakes turmeric
2 TBS minced garlic

Pineapple. Pineapples are rich in digestive enzymes like bromelain that can have an anti parasitic effect and improve your intestinal health.  Eat with pumpkin seeds or create a smoothie like I did today.
Papaya and Pineapple Smoothie

1/3 of a papaya
Core of a pineapple
4 frozen wheatgrass shots
Coconut water (pure)
Ginger
add in pumpkin seeds and papaya seeds for an extra boost of parasite paralyzing power. 
add 2 figs for a little sweetness
I added a pinch of cayenne pepper for fun.








Dried Figs. This is a bug-killing food I can get down with.  Super yummy but high in sugar.  Have only 2-3 a day.  The tiny seeds within the fig is known to tear the skin of the parasites.

Raw Garlic. In attempts to be socially accepted, you may opt for the garlic capsules/supplements.  But as with anything, many properties that make garlic so effective are lost in the processing.  Suck it up and mince a couple of gloves and swallow,  OR add to water and drink, OR add to a raw meal and ingest.  Just get it down. :)

Apple Cider Vinegar. High in B vitamins and is known for balancing the body's pH and improving the digestion.  Parasites love poor digestion. ACV  helps  kill yeast and bacteria within the body and is linked to improving skin conditions.  Start with 1tsp 3x a day 30  minutes before a meal.  I personally love the taste and have upped it to 1 TBS a few times a day.  I give it to my 3yo son with water and honey. He likes it!

Oregano and Clove Essential Oil. These are two oils I have ran across in my research. Oregano more than clove (And the clove oil is not to replace the cloves in your parasite cleanse) You can take 2 drops of oregano essential oil or clove oil in Extra Virgin Coconut oil (about 2 tsp) orally once a day. These are hot oils and need to be diluted with a carrier oil like EVOO or EVCO or encapsulated. They are last on my list but I have read they are effective.

These are things I am adding in each day to clear up my existing parasite situation and to prevent any further infestation. Everything I am writing is based upon my own journey and testimonies along with daily research. I am no expert (yet), we are doing this together.

ALSO, LOTS AND LOTS OF WATER. ADD LEMON TO YOUR WATER.  CHILDREN CAN DRINK LEMON WATER TOO TO AID IN FLUSHING THEIR BODIES. 

Remember, keep a diet with no processed foods and low in meat, raw fish, pork and sugar!!! :)

P.S. You Have Parasites!!! PART TWO

OK, as promised, I want to share a few things form my experience over the past 3.5 weeks of my parasite cleansing.  My first blog post yesterday piqued some interest and spurred some questions. So I will have a FAQ section following my testimony.  Keep in mind, I am not an expert. I have literally only been exploring parasites and the havoc they wreak for …well, 3.5 weeks. But I’ll share what I’ve learned and researched and you will have to make the decision you feel is right for you.  

So going into this cleanse, I was already on an extensive protocol for many intestinal ailments I was already suffering with: leaky gut, mold, bacteria, chronic fatigue virus, parasites, shot liver, damaged adrenals, low iron, low Vit D, etc. (all of which I assume parasites were causing).  Remember, these creatures take control when YOU get weak. So people with lowered immune systems are subject to losing the battle. 

Now I was on this protocol for 5 weeks and I wasn’t feeling that great.  The first 3 weeks of the protocol, I felt like I had the flu. It was horrible. The supplements were clearly working, but I wasn't taking a colon cleanse and I was not going to the bathroom. 

The colon cleanse is SO important, because we need to get the toxins from the dead parasites, OUT. The fiber binds, the clay sweeps.  
So, I wasn't feeling well and  I stumbled upon a blog that literally SPOKE to me.. I could FEEL God saying… DO THIS. SHARE THIS. I couldn’t sleep until I ordered my products. 

The arrived in 2 days time and I started immediately.  I went in with the mindset of.. I’m gonna do this, but I’m NOT GONNA LOOK.  Every blog, forum and article I read, said to inspect your stool.  But MAN, I was totally not digging that. 

I didn't actually check UNITIL one day while in Tropical Smoothie's restroom, I saw an egg sac on my toilet paper (get used to TMI in here). This was about 1.5 weeks in. So when I got my gloves and plastic utensils and plastic cup… I checked my stool.  I found lots of things.  Most, hard to identify, but what was VERY CLEAR were these little pearl-colored, round eggs sacs. There were TONS, well, hundreds.  They were in clusters. I pulled a few to the side of the toilet bowl, scraped them out and put them in a plastic cup (you can use a plate). I applied slight pressure to the egg sac with the plastic knife and the egg came apart into a WORM!!!  The worm was the size of a piece of rice. It had an orange head on either side of it’s body and it was dead. After that,  I have checked periodically and have found something suspect every time. 

side bar: I go to the bathroom WAY more than I normally do. For multiple reasons, I presume. And my BM is a WAY different texture. Almost like paper mache. It's WEIRD!! But don’t freak.  You don’t ever have to RUN to the bathroom. It’s not like that.  It’s probably NORMAL (whatever that is). 

As disgusting as it was to learn that I am hosting WORMS in my body, I was pleased to know my presumptions were true and I could start the healing process. 

Finding the parasites, made me want to kill them even more.  When the protocol seems hard, I power through because I don’t want to give them ANY chance at life. 

Learning this has changed my view of food.  I loved sushi, and now I can’t bring myself to eat it.  Now don’t get me wrong, you can get parasites from organic fruits and vegetables, but that is more of a chance and IMO, sushi is a guarantee. Meats and other animal products are susceptible and processed foods weaken you and feed THEM, so cleanses are NECESSARY. 

I started the cleanse and decided to follow a slightly altered version of Dr. Hulda Clark’s method (mentioned in Part One). Now like I said before, this is a commitment. You go the first two hours of the day without eating... at night, it doesn't get easier. You have to schedule. Good news is, the colon cleanse cleanse does feel you up. :)

Each morning I don't get to eat with my family. But now, Tony is doing it too, so we are in it together. Makes it easier. *note: all family members should cleanse together to keep from reinfecting each other.

 
 I follow the protocol for 2 weeks, then take a week off, back on for two weeks, 1 week off, then back on for 2. for a total of 9 weeks, with 6 of them CLEANSING weeks.  Make sense?? 

Some smart person said this::::  "Always have a *rest period* such as 2 weeks on, 1 week off etc.
The amount of *arsenic* in the wormwood in these tinctures is of an extremely minute nature.
Actually the rest period is more because of the potentially addictive nature of wormwood.
Again, if used according to the doses given, and in the scheduled time periods alotted,
the risk is very miniscule. "

At this point, I feel SO MUCH BETTER. Not 100% yet, but I'll get there.  So far, I think clearer, I stress WAY less, I don't get so overwhelmed, I'm over-all much more joyful, my cravings for sugar and all foods are virtually GONE,  AAANNNDDD  (drumroll)) I love my husband again, haha.  Kidding, but SERIOUSLY!!!!  

I am excited to keep this going, to kill them all, to get them out, and most importantly to help my family AND YOU, do the same. 

I know when you are starting something new, you naturally have concerns. I get it!!  I have been asked if the wormwood causes other issues, neurological, etc. I can’t be certain either way. I’m fine. And so are many others. Not to say some aren't negatively affected in some way. Every BODY is different. 

I’ve also been asked if the pain or fear is worth it. To that I say, I want to feel like crap for a hot second, so I know the things are dying off. And I fear them staying alive IN me, much worse than how they come out… I think ;) 

Follow the directions, keep a positive mindset, expect the best and know that herbs are God-given and God-made. I ma way more comfortable using natural products than synthetics. 

You'll want to  go ahead and alter your eating patterns to include natural antiparasitic foods and to cleanse your system. Your desire is to NOT give them a happy home. You want to be alkaline and oxygenated. Then they will not even have a way to survive inside you at all. ((Suggested foods below in FAQ. ))

Which bentonite clay is best?? I have been using the “Great Plains” and that is what I have been recommending.

But honestly, the clay we are all using the “Great Plains” probably isn't the BEST.. possibly higher in naturally occurring lead. 

But reviews have been ok. I plan to do a total body cleanse over the next year+. Will keep everyone posted.

How much wormwood tincture do you use?  I use 4 droppers full. I started with the recommend does of TWO DROPPERS full, but I always end up going to the extreme. Some reviews I read said some users bumped it up and had better results. Because I want to get pregnant again, I'm putting a rush on this. 






Can you cleanse while pregnant? I have researched a TON, and I have found a consistent NO.  The parasites are not good for the mother or fetus, but neither are the daily herbs per se. The optimal situation is to CLEANSE your body BEFORE getting pregnant. But if you already are and feel that you may be hosting. There ARE things you CAN DO.....Like adding certain foods to your daily diet.

Anti-parasitic foods: Parasites do not like these foods.



Raw Garlic-  Chew on a small piece of raw garlic before and after a meal. During pregnancy, a quarter of a clove at a time is more than enough to help get rid of intestinal worms slowly but surely. Antifungal and antibacterial.

Pineapple

Lemon Seeds (crushed)- add it to water and drink. You can also straight up chew them.
Tomato- eat two tomatoes a day
Papaya AND the seeds
Apple Cider VinegarBlend together equal quantities of raw papaya juice and apple cider vinegar with water and drink this concoction to kill off intestinal worms. Drink plenty of water to flush the infection out of your system.
Pomegranate Seeds/Juice- (clean juices only)-  The antioxidants in pomegranates help boost immunity and fight off any infection. Eat or juice. I believe you can even juice the white peel away part for extra boosts. Research that! 
Pumpkin Seeds- Pumpkin seeds contain compounds that are effective in paralyzing worms in the body. Simply include pumpkin seeds daily. Perhaps pair them with pomegranate kernels?? 
Figs
Carrots/Carrot Juice-  Drink a glass of fresh carrot juice daily or take two carrots and grate them and eat them first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. 
Cloves
Tumeric- sprinkle it on everything. It's the new salt. 


Oregano and Clove essential oils can be added to water and ingested. 

 Can you cleanse while breastfeeding?? I am. I've prayed about it and got the go ahead. Though, I think my breast milk is tasting funny because he keeps saying I have oils on my breasts. I am certain that Soren already has parasites due to the fact that I do. He will also be treated. And he is not an infant. He is a 40lbs toddler.  Wormwood is not intended for infants, even through breastmilk. Breastfeeding moms, add in the antiparasitic foods listed above.


Can kids cleanse?  I am STILL researching this.  The answer is YES, but I have not found a system that I've seen enough consistent reviews on.  This is HIGH priority for me because I have a 3 year old that I want to treat PRONTO.  Will update as soon as I figure out which route I will take. 

What is the best probiotic for adults and kids? I use orthomelocular orthobiotics as my probiotic. I have found simply by researching that the best probiotics do cost more.  If you are drinking Shakeology and have a lesser expensive probiotic, I’m sure you will be ok.  Perhaps you’d like to add in live food like Kombucha, kimchee or sauerkraut to add extra probiotics into your daily diet.  I’m avoiding animal products like dairy, so Greek yogurt and kefir are out or me and should be limited by you. :) 

For kids…. I have not put my son on a probiotic yet, because he isn’t cleansing and drinks his daily shake.  But when I'm ready and since I like the Renew Life brand, I would probably use this one: Children's probiotic

Can I find these products in stores.  YES, but you have to make sure you get ALL THREE ingredients of the parasite drink. Wormwood, Black Walnut Hull and Cloves.  Whether you follow the protocol I posted, or if you follow Dr. Hulda Clark's original protocol, or if you go willy nilly, you NEED all three ingredients.  Here’s why::::

BLACK WALNUT HULLS (from the black walnut tree - juglans nigra)
 Used by the Indians of America as an anti-parasite, anti-bacterial, anti-viral and anti-fungal remedy. Its active ingredients are juglone, tannin and iodine. The tincture of the green hulls of the black walnut kills the adult stages of the parasites.

WORMWOOD (from the Artemisia shrub - artemisia absinthum)
 Known for its vermicidal properties and helps those with a weak and under-active digestion. It increases the acidity of the stomach and the production of bile. The wormwood capsules kills the larval stages of the parasites

COMMON CLOVES (from the clove tree - eugenia caryophyllata)
Anti-parasitical, anti-fungal, antiviral and anti-inflammatory properties. It also removes pain. The cloves capsules removes the parasite eggs.

These three herbs must be used together but as separate ingredients. Only if you use them together will you rid yourself of parasites. If you kill only the adults, the tiny stages and eggs will soon grow into new adults. If you kill only the eggs, the million stages already loose in your body will soon grow into adults and make more eggs. They must be used together as a single treatment

How much probiotic should I take? I take 2 capsules in the AM and 2 in the PM.  This was my normal on the original protocol so I am keeping it.  The unhealthier the gut, the more you need.  *note: If you have a night of drinking,  an over load of sugar (think Holidays),  super-stressed or have taken antibiotics, you need to up your probiotics.  If you feel one capsule twice a day is enough, it's enough. Follow your instincts. 

How much product should I order? Well because I am aggressive and using 4 droppers full of the tincture each time, I used an entire bottle in my first two weeks.  The one can of psyllium husks lasted me 2.5 weeks and Tony half a week (a total of three weeks). The same for the Bentonite Clay. If it's your whole family or just you, you will want multiple orders of each product, but feel free to order weekly.  Can't have too much fiber around the house and you can always take a bentonite clay detox bath. :)

What do I do after my Parasite Cleanse? 
Continue to take a maintenance dose of the tincture. This may be two to three droppers full, twice a day on an empty stomach once or twice a week. And I will continue ingesting my anti parasitic foods.


And don't forget to jot down your symptoms and ailments prior to starting. We need testimonies in order to help others.

P.S. You Have Parasites!! PART ONE

Seriously... you'll never look at yourself or food the same way again.  I don't want to startle you, but.... YOU have parasites.  We all do.  If you have a dog, if you have children, if you EAT, you have parasites.

That's the bad news.

The good news is, not everyone is negatively affected by them.  The even better news is, we can get rid of them. It takes a little bit of commitment.  It takes a little bit of patience, but knowing the absolute change that can occur, I think you'll find that it is worth it.

So if you read MY STORY, you will have read that after three main turn of events, I was basically bed-ridden. I was debilitated, taken out by something, that at the time,  I wan't even sure what it was.

I have an open mind.  And when you're sick... you should.  I believe by remaining hopeful, sharing my experiences, and actively looking for a cause of my ailments, I attracted the answers.   A friend and follower on Facebook, sent me the link to a blog that ABSOLUTELY spoke to me.  Every symptom that was listed, described ME.  I kept reading, and researching, and reading some more and I kept thinking...this HAS to be parasites.  This newfound knowledge would explain my many symptoms.

MY SYMPTOMS:

sick to stomach when I eat
eye pain
constipation
bloating
bad taste in mouth
achy joints
headaches
overwhelmed-ness: is that a word??
out of this world sugar cravings
brain fog
memory issues/forgetfulness
easily annoyed
depressed
irritable
extreme fatigue
clenched teeth
teeth grinding
anxiety
sinus pressure
low to no sexual drive
tender stomach
unexplained weight gain/unable to lose weight


Ok...so these symptoms can pretty much describe 90% of who I know and talk to... but if you believe that everyone has parasites, or believe the teachings of Dr. Hulda Clark, then you would believe that all ailments are connected to pollutions and parasites.   I picked up this book and have been reading it like mad-scientist.  If you want to learn a LOT, pick it up. 


WHAT ARE PARASITES?

So you might be wondering WHAT the heck a parasite is.   The best way I can describe it is an organism that found it's way into your body and has attached itself to your insides and is living off of you, eating your food, affecting your mood, controlling your cravings and swaying your decisions.  Seriously I'm speaking from experience here.  Parasites can live in your colon, intestines, liver, kidneys, blood, brain, and even your EYE BALLS!!!

Dr. Hulda Clark would say: "A parasite is a tiny organism that lives on or in another host organism and is fed at the expense of its host. In other words the parasites that live inside us use up our vitamins, proteins and all other nutrients. Not only do they do this, they also do their "business" inside us releasing their toxic bacteria and viruses inside us." 

WHO HAS PARASITES??

Parasites do not discriminate   They do not only affect the poor or exist only in third world countries. In fact, they are everywhere.  If you have a dog, you have parasites. If you walk barefoot outside, you have parasites. Have children?? Yup... you guessed it... you have parasites.  The mere thought of this can freak you out!!  I KNOW.  But do not fret. There are actually easy and inexpensive ways to rid your body of them. 

I am going to share what I am doing and how I have dramatically changed in the past 3 weeks.  

HOW TO GET RID OF THEM. 

My Protocol:

I'm gonna keep this as simple and short as I can. And it IS easy. You just have to be diligent and consistent and plan out your day. 

Ok, you're gonna need 3 ingredients for the cleanse and a good probiotic. 
The first two ingredients (psyllium husk and bentonite clay) combined, are your colon cleanse.

The third product is a combination of three herbs mixed with alcohol (called a tincture) This is a very crucial part of the cleanse. You can get it here: 
Wormwood, Black Walnut Husk and clove Tincture

These ares the brands I am using.  Dr. Hulda Clark has the SAME ingredients but in different forms.  I have ready MANY forums and these seem to be the most effective and least expensive.  ((You can of course check out different Bentonite Clays such as Living Clay or Redmond Clay.))




The fourth piece of this cleanse is a good Probiotic. I use Orthomolecular Ortho Biotic. I suggest a good probiotic that ranges in the $40-$50 area.

Ok, so when I first started this protocol, I was hopeful.  Like, I know that we aren't all supposed to be sick and feeling like crap. It's just a  matter of researching and not giving up until you get answers.  And I ain't talking about prescriptions or western medicine, I'm talking about finding blogs like this one where you can think outside the box and take control.  

((Back on track))....Going into the cleanse, I was eating clean, exercising regularly, living my normal healthy life, yet my appearance and insides were not matching my lifestyle. 

I figured these are just herbs (and only $27 if you have Amazon Prime) what could it hurt??  

I started my cleanse on a Tuesday night. I didn't wait until a Monday, I just STARTED.  

When I say you need to prepare I mean it.  

Here's what I did: 

Take colon cleanse Psyllium husk and bentonite clay (directions below) as soon as you wake up on an empty stomach. Chug 8 oz of water immediately.
Wait 1 hour, then make your parasite cleanse drink. Put two droppers (not two drops, TWO DROPPERS FULL) full in a glass of water and chug. 
Follow with another glass of water.
Wait another 1 hour after your parasite cleanse drink, then take a probiotic and eat breakfast.
2 hours before dinner (1 hour between colon and parasite drink, 1 hour between parasite drink and eating), repeat this entire process with another two droppers full.  This is the part that need PLANNING!!  You will basically go 4 hours without eating.  Totally worth it. 
This means you will have one colon cleanse and one parasite drink in the morning, and one colon cleanse/one parasite drink in the evening.
COLON CLEANSE: Ok, as soon as you wake up, and 2 hours before dinner on an empty stomach, take a P&B colon cleanse shake. To make a P&B shake, get 8 oz of water or juice, and add 1 tablespoon whole psyllium husks + 1 tablespoon liquid bentonite. Immediately shake and drink quickly. Follow with an 8 oz glass of water immediately. DO NOT MIX WITH METAL UTENSILS! ONLY SHAKE THIS! LIQUID BENTONITE DETOXES HEAVY METALS AND WILL PULL YOUR UTENSIL METAL INTO YOUR DRINK.
Once again, wait 1 hour after drinking the P&B shake, then take the wormwood tincture with water. An hour after that take your probiotic and eat. It is important to follow the time guidelines I've given you because bentonite clay will absorb everything in it's path, including the nutrients from your food and the herbs from the parasite cleanse drink.


OK.  That should get you started.  This is a lot of information and a lot to take in.
